If you have a group of 40 pax or over, then we will also offer an additional international airfare for a companion to travel with you. That's two international airfares in total!
To be eligible for our FREE Airfare Offer, your group booking with ATS Tours or Islands In The Sun must include international air and land arrangements.
A maximum of 2 tickets for any one group is permitted.
Travel on the FREE Airfare Offer can commence anytime after your group has departed from the United States but must be completed by June 30, 2009, as no extensions will be possible. Travel will be subject to availability and blackout periods may apply.
Only the Travel Agent/Group Organizer who has earned the free airfare is eligible to travel. The FREE Airfare Offer is not transferable to third parties and not redeemable for cash.
ATS Tours and Islands In The Sun FREE Airfare Offer is valid for economy class airfares on select airlines for international travel from Los Angeles to Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, Tahiti or Cook Islands. No upgrades are available and no stopovers are permitted. Air taxes and other government charges are additional. All domestic fares within the U.S., Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, Tahiti and Cook Islands are at an additional expense and payable prior to the airfare being issued.
ATS Tours and Islands In The Sun reserves the right to alter the terms and conditions of the FREE Airfare Offer at any time. If the dates and destination you select at time of booking is not available, we reserve the right to alter the destination choice to something of equal value.
Should you wish to make land arrangements with the FREE Airfare Offer, ATS Tours and Islands In The Sun will be happy to assist with these arrangements and will offer you 15% discount off the regular gross price.
ATS Tours and Islands In The Sun must be notified at least 30 days prior to intended dates of travel.
